Beyond a traditional resume, we require candidates to submit instructional artifacts that demonstrate their systemic capability and history of success.

Required Pedagogical Evidence:

Recording and PowerPoint (PPT): Professional development recording (e.g., a Lesson Internalization Meeting with a teacher, Leadership Training, or Data Meeting) with the corresponding PPT presentation.

Evidence-Based Plan: A comprehensive Data Action Plan that includes documented evidence of both teacher and student success.
